I’m trying to make sure all distribution options work. They all seem to be, except the sms one that’s waiting on some sort of confirmation.
Also, I started a new dA account, it was easier than cleaning all the mess on the first one.

You might’ve noticed I started a new Facebook page for Dhalmun: AoS, and a new YouTube account, on which there are some new clips.
First one is a painting process of one panel in ep. three:
The other one is a promo, mainly for the first two episodes, but also with a glimpse of the third one. I’ve done the whole thing with some very basic tools, but it’s there, hope you like it.
For the third episode, I’ve spent a long time thinking about how to approach it. I’ve been planning to finish the whole story arc by the end of ep. three, making it a 30-page long season finale. But I just can’t invest 3-4 months to work on a comic that probably won’t pay off. I estimate this comics readership base to be at best 100 people, so with an average price for a digitally distributed comic it’s just not enough. Right now I’m thinking about making the rest of the story longer, but divided into a few episodes. So, instead of one 30-page issue with a bit rushed story, you’d get 3-4 issues 10-15 pages each, hopefully with a closer look at the characters. It might be one of those rare situations where the economic point of view actually helps the story too.
In the meantime, I’ll just try to make friends with Joss Whedon or something.
